I am trying to connect Office365 with a local server running Windows Server Essentials 2016 using the tool on the Essentials server dashboard.
We are getting an error message "There is an issue with configuring your integration. Make sure that the computer is connected to the internet then try again. If you continue to experience the problem, restart the server then try again".
The server is connected to the internet and restarting makes no difference. I have tried a few solutions found online (eg deleting the registry file "BecEndpointAddress" and renaming the PCNS files) but with no success.
Can anyone suggest other possible solutions?
