After your payment has been approved and the order has been processed we will add you to the security role that is bound to the product you bought. This process is completed when you receive a payment notification from us and normally takes only a few seconds.

The migration kits cannot be downloaded. They are online tutorials and guides in a web app form with expandable chapters and screenshots you can click that will be a full screen for easy reading. The Powershell scripts and such are downloadable, you will find those on the bottom of the migration kit

Once your order has been processed and you received the email that your order has been completed access the migration guides here. Make sure you are logged in when you access the migration guides. If this does not work send us an email store@server-essentials.com
